RENT-TO-OWN Generally, people think that it’s necessary to have “perfect” credit to buy a home. This isn’t the case if you are using alternate financing. This form of financing has helped individuals with bankruptcy or foreclosures on their credit report to qualify for an IMMEDIATE home purchase. Typical payments are 20% less expensive than RENTALS and offers the home owner full tax benefits that may result in tax refunds of thousands of dollars each year that renters DO NOT receive.
You will have access to beautiful homes in great condition including everything from a small house to a huge 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, with fenced yards and finished basements. The homes are in “move in condition” and located in great neighborhoods as well as desirable school districts.
